ive had no luck trying to reach them by phone and they have not phoned me back after i left ameesage on their answeing service. I have filled in a form on the web site for missing parts and tried their live help which i got no reply on :rolleyes: I will keep trying the phone number for the rest of the day and hope i eventually get through.

*Edited to add* Just got through on their live help chat room and "spoke" to a Tania whos told me they have ordered the missing part from their warehouse and it should be with me in a couple of days. Will let you know when it turns up

Not sure if this is a public phone number but I hate 0845/0870 numbers.

When Tania phoned back she called me from this number and when I called it back she picked it up straight away.

One complete car set arrived this afternoon. Its now built and my son is loving it.

When I called the number above Tania told me that it would be here by Friday but I pushed the point and she sent it out by 48 hour delivery.

Hope all the missing parts are received ok by others that have ordered.

Great to get it at that price.

Just to let you know, as I used to live in the town this place is based, the company is just a small one with a handful of staff, so don't expect Argos style customer service. I am sure they will get everything they say they will, but just want to let you know so you can set your expectations, and not get het up when it goes to answerphone, they are probably serving someone in the shop!

I agree it looks as if they send everything from outside warehouses but the website does say not to call the local shops and if you read the about us section on their web site they give the impression that they are a large company.

I have ordered from them before this order and had no issues and if you can get through to them they are very helpful it just seams to take a while.

Trying the number I posted earlier might help as it seams to get straight through.

Ive not received my missing part but its only been 2 days. They did also get back to via phone call after I had already contacted them using live help on the site so they do seam keen to sort out any problems. Will post back as soon as the part arrives.

Received all of the missing parts on Saturday, only just had a chance to check them. It's way too cute to put away for Christmas, so gonna build the car whilst my little one is in nursery this afternoon, and let him have it for his birthday instead. Can't wait to see his face!

Have to say, I was very disappointed when it first arrived minus loads of fixing pieces, and I was really peed off when they didn't return my call. But I was very surprised that they delivered the missing parts as promised. Oh me of little faith! They have restored my faith in their customer services and I would certainly use them again

I too was going to wait but could not resist giving it to him straight away. He loves it.
