Hi
I'm not sure about the PPI bit - might be worth a look at this board where people are more clued up about it -
Reclaim PPI & Other Insurance but I'd still wait for proof of the debt before you start considering the PPI.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Hello
I have now received a credit agreement that I signed but is not dated. Interest has been added onto the debt. I was on a lower payment agreement agreed with CCCS. There is also a £950 ppi. Does anyone know where I stand on this? I have received aprintout of all payments made since 2005, when I re-loaned. Obviously nothing saying I had agreed to make higher payments over the telephone and £1000 would be knocked off the balance and the branch manager calling in at my house for me to sign a direct debit form. What to do now ? Thanks for all your help and advice its appreciated :money:0 -
Hi.
Would the credit agreement be proof of the debt then. It isnt even dated? It does look like original credit agreement. I am going to get onto Welcome and try and reclaim the ppi. So much for the knocking a thousand pounds off if you increase your monthly payment nonsense. I would urge anyone never to deal with this company EVER .
Many thanks for your advice and help its appreciated:money:0
