I'm already registered but every time I put my log in details in, it accepts me and logs me into someone else's account. I've had 5 different names/accounts come up.

Thanks for noticing this. I have just logged in and got someone elses details - name, address, dob etc. :eek:. (Never noticed it before, just logged in and entered the comps!!) I will send an email to them asap and point it out.

Oh dear! I received two emails from them pronto - re the problem. I can't really fault them for their help. They became aware of the problem and as far as i am aware they dealt with it. I had no problem logging in this am and entering the competition. They kept me updated bigtime.
If you are having problems the contact email is: [EMAIL="consumerservices@auntbessies.co.uk"]consumerservices@auntbessies.co.uk[/EMAIL] - Maybe worth letting them know if you still have probs with logging in etc. I am really pleased that they came back to me so quickly and have sent me follow up emails.
