Sorry to bore you, as this seems to be a recurring topic lately..
My account was suspended for seven days, and I received a message about reinstatement:

How do I get Reinstated?
Your eBay account registration will be considered for reinstatement once you have completed these two steps. Please read the registration procedures thoroughly before sending any information to eBay. Your request for reinstatement will suffer delays or be denied if you do not follow the procedure correctly.
Step 1
First, you will need to complete a Request for Reinstatement. The request will, among other things, require you to provide eBay with a sworn statement that you will not knowingly list any items on eBay that infringe the rights of any third parties, or are otherwise illegal. You can print a copy of eBay's Request for Reinstatement by clicking here.
Before faxing or mailing the Request for Reinstatement to eBay, please read Step 2.
Step 2
Once you have completed the Request for Reinstatement in Step 1, you will also need to provide eBay with some proof that your registration information is valid before your account is reinstated.
When you send your Request for Reinstatement, include a legible copy of a current utility bill, phone bill, or government issued ID for verification. The personal information on the bill or ID must contain both your name and your address and must match the registration information you have provided to us previously on your account.
Please note that any documents (a copy of a utility bill, phone bill, or any government issued ID, etc.) provided to eBay under Step 2 of the reinstatement process will be destroyed after your registration information has been verified.
After completing the request for reinstatement, fax it and any appropriate documents that confirm your registration information to eBay at (888) 259-6962. Please allow at least 5 business days for your faxed request to be processed.
