I'm totally the same way. No matter how I do at work, if my boss emails me saying "can we meet for a minute?" I always think its bad news. I've even advised the bosses that EVERYONE thinks that, and that they should always say "Gotta minute? Dont worry, its not bad", but they still dont. Here I am, a grown woman and I still quiver each time my boss asks me to meet, and I've been here 8 years and there is no way theyre getting rid of me. It would be too complicated.
