I love it that most places have skinny jeans now as my DD is the opposite as she is tall but so skinny so nothing stays up! Anyway, I have found that asda always come up really large around the waist and next have a very wide range of sizes.0

Gap do a good range and they have adjustable waists - if you have a designer outlet nearby, you can often get them for less than £5.0

I have the opposite with a tall but slim with no bottom 13 year old boy. LaRedoute do a range of fits, slim/regular/wider in some of the childrens trousers/jeans and I can normally get some to fit him. They also do the adjustable waists which help a lot - I find most shops finish the adjustable waists at around age 10.:beer:0
