ive been cut off by pipex because they forgot to take money out of my account by direct debit which im disputing. my partner has a talk talk line and calls. she called up to ask for the package with the broadband. however the people at talk talk said pipex have to refresh the line. what does this mean? i already have an internal modem and all i got from pipex was a router a link to my ethernet and a cd to load the programme surely it should just be the same from talk talk? thanks for any replies .

pipex will need to release your line for ADSL for another provider to give it to you. So you will need to pipex to cut you off completely, which it doesn't sound like they have.Ever stop to think and forget to start again?0
