re filling in bankruptcy forms any help apreciated?

Thing is Im such an organised person this kind of thing does my head cos I think HOW do I let it get like this! but Im just not strong enough with my OH when I end up giving him the shopping money to go out drinking then have to pay food on CC then it becomes vicious cycle but you really can't explain to people they just say don't give it but.... sorry sorry don't mean to craze you all with this. Only really need to know what to put on the forms now you ve all got me running on. Ill shut up now but if any one can tell me what to put on the forms?

Hi gg,

My bankruptcy is slighty different, in that I am being made bankrupt. However, I am in the process of filling out the forms for my hearing, on Thursday.
If you have a look at the insolvency Service website and follow the link to the forms, on the same page you will find a pdf document called debtorsguidance, which should be of some help.

thanks shellsuit again ive just rang the court to get a pack, she said they shouldn't be different but sometimes the way they printed they don't accept??

Just gotta face my OH now! he ll prob shrug and say whatever UNTIL I tell him its HIM that has to go to court that I can't do it for him ! LOL
