A WARNING!! They cold call (sounding very much like '3') from other blogs it seems a common thing that is a bad line, and an accent, so you have trouble deciphering the call. A few days later you get aphone call from EC offering you an amazing deal...but the goods are never delivered. They are con merchants praying on small businesses. What can we do? Can any one advise if there is a governing body that can help?
