Conditional Auctions

Hi, does anyone have any experience of "conditional auctions" or of the company "Iam-sold" (intelligent auction managment)?

We have a house which just won't sell, despite being refurbished nicely. We have dropped the price several times, changed estate agent etc. but to no avail. We have to sell to cut our losses.

We are now considering a "conditional auction" and have agreed a with a starting price and a reserve.

Has anybody sold this way before and is happy to share their experience?

Many thanks

Never heard of them... do you have a url or (better) a Rightmove link for us to look at? We would be able to give you impartial opinions on why we'd not want yours, or why we think somebody else's would appeal to us better.

Could be photos, description, floorplan, or price.

    We love doing that :)
