Hi I would like to add a Network Drive to my Router (O2 Wireless Box) However, as the Drive would be attached to the Router, I am concerned about security of the files that would be on this Drive. My encryption is WPA2, However, I just need to know, if this drive would be accessable from the web on another pc i.e. an possible intruder? Does anybody know, if I need to adjust some settings in the Router to disable any contact from the web as it will just only be used for my own LAN.
Many thanks for your help in advance.

It's behind the router firewall as far as any incoming traffic is concerned. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

The files will only be accessible if your network drive has a built in web or FTP server which is enabled, AND you have set up port forwarding in your router.Remember kids, it's the volts that jolt and the mills that kill.0
