As mentioned on a previous post, I am currently on EON fixonline V3 which is coming to an end on wednesday
One of the results that offered the most saving was EDF's online v7 plan but I posted that I was tempted by their fixed until 2015 offer.
My current prices are :
Electric : 24.234p/kWh and then 10.259p/kWh
Gas: 6.525 p/kWh and then 3.407p/kWh
Fixed until 2015 prices are:
Electric: 21.20pp/kWH and then 11.70 p/kWH
Gas : 7.666 p/kWH and then 3.346p KhW
This seems a good deal to me and the only clause is that there cancellation fees until 2013 ......
Can anyone see anything wrong with this plan

Its a gamble - it would cost me ~ £330 pa (~30%) more than my current deal (and about £260 pa if I was still on Fixonline v3)- so do you believe that shorter term tariffs are going to rise sufficiently in the next 4+ years to make paying the premium worthwhile now???0
