Hi all
brought my first house in August this year. Mort Im looking to overpay as much as possible and get rid of this debt.
Mortgage redemption date 2035
Is there anybody out there who has a mortgage and wants to overpay any way they can? Just thought a healthy bit of competition could help motivate us into getting rid of these debts and save us lots of pennies
Let us know how much you have left, how much you want to over pay and any dates that you set yourselves. Any posts about how well people are doing really motivates me. Even if its just making an overpayment of £20, I would love to know.
Any tips on how to save extra money to help towards the payments are greatly appreciated.
Happy savings

wow. thats some really challenging goals! keep it up guys. Only managed to make a small over payment of £50 this month. Think I would like to get it down by about £1200 by next year. Cant really afford to do much more than £100 a month as need to keep saving for my emergency fund...just in case. xTotal Mortgage OP £61,000Outstanding Mortgage £27,971Emergency Fund £62,100I AM NOW MORTGAGE NEUTRAL!!!! <<Sep-20>>0
