Excellent service here.
I took in my sisters 5 year old, 2nd hand pram as I couldn't get the straps to lengthen properly, and I didn't have the instructions as they got lost over time. The guy serving me, whos name I've now forgotten...but to be honest he must be the only guy that works there...showed me how the straps were wrongly positioned and, though unable to change them as we didn't have a pair of pliers, told me how to fix it when we got home. He also gave me some safety pointers for the car seat that I was unaware of and even offered to take the pram out the back to WD40 the squeaky wheel.
I was SOOOOOOOOOO impressed as I wasn't buying anything, went out of his way to spend 30 mins talking me through stuff and was just lovely to do all that for me.
Why can't all shop assistants be this good?!
