Has anyone else had problems with this company?
I ordered a specialist backpack as a present for my daughter on 10th November. Their delivery terms are 3-5 days. I had a confirmation email and the money was debited from my card.
Last week I called them to see what had happened. Their sales assistant looked up the order details and said someone should have contacted me as the colours had changed. They hadn't but we chose another colour from this year's range. No email or contact since....
It's five days later and still no backpack... This is annoying as my daughter travels out to Italy for her job on Thursday, so I would need to send it if it doesn't come in the next two days. That means the hassle and cost of sending an expensive item (it's nearly £90 worth) abroad.
I'll call again tomorrow but I just wanted to moan.

I am also having problems with this company. I ordered 2 buoyancy aids on 28th May (estimated delivery 4th June). They took credit card payment on 15th June and to date I have received nothing.
I rang their customer service number yesterday but there is only an automated message saying they are closed for stocktaking until the 18th June (!?). I have had no reply to e mails either.
I would avoid them like the plague!0
