canon mp640 problem - HELP PLEASE

Hi i have a Canon PIXMA MP640 i bought on amazon a one and a half months ago with and was working fine but is faulty now it prints photos with a shade of red (its like looking through a red quality street wrapper) if that makes any sense,
i use canon paper but i use cheap inks from inkredible i have printed about 100 photos with no troubble until know.
is this still under guarantee as ive used cheap inks, do i contact amazon ? im not sure what to do .

buy a set of original cartridges and you will be ok, it sounds to me that you have faulty cartridges.
