I tried that last night - was asked to re-submit my clubcard details and then refused them as they were incorrect!!! (And I have used the same address as on the statement). Will try again today.

It did the same to me, I tried variations of my first name till it was right!

Well, I resorted to calling them. It was not my name that was wrong - they had something wrong with the address, although I was entering it as on the statement! Got it sorted.

Now - how do I see when my vouchers are expiring? I can see how many were issued and how many I claimed, how many left - but when do they expire?

Tesco are carp. I have £45 worth of vouchers once doubled up, but it won't let me use them :mad: It says 'unexpected error occured' each time I try the voucher codes. The vouchers expire 2011 and 2012, so well in date. Can't get through to the idiots either, it's just engaged whenever I try or the phone rings for ages.

I suspect it is because we are coming so close to 6th December. If you keep trying you will get a result.

Ah it was me and my pregnancy brain I needed to go through a process of exchanging them first. Didn't seem clear to me for some reason, but I have done it now. Will get £40 to spend on baby stuff, so sorry Tesco, you're maybe not so carp afterall
