I have the same problem at present.
A change to the method of logging in was said to be imminent. Perhaps they are performing a site update to implement this.0 -
Site is now responding correctly though slowly..0

funnily enough I have just finished a survey about them and their online banking, I think the logging in changes are imminentLife is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0
