Help needed for 4 day break abroad 26-30Dec

Have trawled travel sites for weeks, cant find anything - looking for a 4 day break to somewhere warm ideally, from Birmingham, 26-30 Dec for 2 adults 3 children, everything's 7/14 nights. No holidays to Greece in winter?
Would anyone know of a good site or an agent please? Thanks!

Lowcost holidays.com allows you to book accommodation separately and by the day although you can book flights too. Algarve is coming up quite cheap.

You need to look at the DIY route. Package deals are usually 7 or 14 days and are inflexible.

As has been suggested, look the Ryaniar, EasyJet and other low cost carriers then book hotel/villa separately.

http://www.skyscanner.net/ is good for suggesting destinations based upon a departure airport and dates. Just select "Everywhere" in the destination box.

Once you have found a destination, there are plenty of hotel websites. I like http://www.alpharooms.com. Always remember to cross check with TripAdvisor etc for reviews.

Just be warned that this is peak time and the really cheap tickets would have been booked several months ago. But, as long as you aren't too picky, you should be able to get a cheap-ish flight to somewhere warm.

Excellent advice - we booked our flights to Barcelona back in August for £100 each (£60 each last year though), with a decent hotel through Airmiles for £60 each for 4 nights. Average 20 degrees in the day last year but not expecting that much this time.

As stated, the really cheap flights will be pretty much gone but as long as you are flexible (especially with your dates), you should find something.

I would also recommend https://www.kayak.co.uk and https://www.hotelscomparison.com when searching for a hotel.
