i ordered an easel for my 4 year old daughter and thought id got a bargain as it was £10/£15 cheaper than elswhere:j
had my order confirmed only for them to ring me and tell me it was out of stock 2 days later,
i was so annoyed as it was now out of stock in the other shops i had seen it. so i checked on there website only to see that another colour easel was available so i rang up to enquire could i not just have that one but it had now gone up in price. the lady on the phone said no as i had my order cancelled id just have to reorder,so i declined and told her i would buy elswhere :mad:
only for the lady to ring me back 5 minutes later saying i could have the other colour one at the same price :beer:
so thankyou very much STEP2, customer services at its best.
