Final Charging Order - final, final stages...

Hi everyone,

Some of you might remember me after over a year of getting my deposit + x3 for over a year now. I am really pleased and very greatful to you all to say that I'm very nearly there :).

I just have a few last questions...

I have an Final Charging Order on a property that is under offer and very near to having the sale on it completed. The vendors have informed their solicitor to pay me the full amount upon the completion of the sale, out of the proceeds.

This has only been confirmed in an email and so I have asked to have it confirmed in a written and signed undertaking.

Could you please tell me how the amount will be paid and by whom? I.e. ‘a cheque signed by the solicitor’. (I wouldn't trust a cheque from the LL's you see.)

I just want to make sure that I’m careful about what I’m signing before removing my interest, and that I can rest assured that I will definitelybe paid. If you think that there is anything else that I should be asking for, please let me know.

Thanks as always!!!
