Bus season ticket refunds

I bought a annual season ticket from First Leicester for £340 just under a month ago, I'm now going to be moving to somewhere that isn't on the First network, so the season ticket is now useless, I rang them and was told quite abruptly that no refunds are given.

Is there anything at all I can do?

It says here...

Refunds

Refunds of tickets during their validity period will be considered on your written request. If allowed, the refund will be paid pro rata to the total monies received against the number of days of validity left on the ticket (on the date we receive the ticket for surrender) less an administration charge as specified by the Applicable First Operating Company.

So I would be writing to First Leicester at their address...

Page 9 of their Conditions of Carriage leaflet says you were issued with T&Cs.
What do they say about refunds?

Page 10 of that same leaflet tells you what to do if you are not satisfied with First's response.

Excellent thank you, though a look at the t&c's say no refund if unused but I'll write to them and see what they say

I don't understand that bold bit.
You have used the ticket haven't you?

In my earlier quote it says...
