That letter sounds good, It should give them a kick to get it sorted, Like others have said the IPM are really approachable and do a fantastic job of chasing prizes up.

The only other thing I might have done would have been figuring out her line manager by telephoning and explaining you query, then i would have cc them in, so your email would get attention from 2 quarters rather than just the one xxxx I'm glad my previous advice was of use to you xxxxxx
