Advice needed

Sorry to post in the IWIWIW thread but I'm after a quick response, if possible, from you lovely MSE'rs.
On 29th September I recieved a WEM from the Co-Op informing me that I had won £200 of C0-op vouchers ( a large sum for me and my family)
I confirmed my delivery address that same day and was looking to getting the vouchers and using them for christmas food!.
I waited for the 28 days to expire (plus a week or so after that) and then contacted the sales marketing manager who was dealing with this matter to chase up my prize. Three emails were ignored and then I bravely contacted her by phone. I was informed that my vouchers would be with my within 2-3 days, which was a week ago now.
I am now sending her a final email and I would really like any input into this (this is the first time in 2 years of comping that I have had to chase a prize so want to get it correct!)
I have used wording that Toniq has advised others to use (I hope this is ok with you toniq).
here is my draft of the email:
Dear Ms Craig,
RE: Co-operative fairtrade Competition
Further to our recent telephone conversation, Tuesday 23rd November, regarding the above competition, and whereby you informed me that I would receive my prize of £200.00 Co-operative vouchers within the next 2 - 3 days, I am writing to inform you that I have still not received anything in the post.
In the terms and conditions of the Co-operative competition it states that
9. "Winners will be notified by post within six weeks of the closing date and prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of notification (unless otherwise stated)."
As i was notified on 29th September 2010, by email from yourself, I would have expected my prize to arrive by the 27th October 2010.
I feel that I am now left in an awkward and embarrassing position to have to keep chasing up my prize. What was an exciting moment for myself and my family has turned to disappointment. Therefore, to save myself from further embarrassment of having to keep chasing my prize, I will be contacting the IPM, after 7 days of the date of this email, to look into this matter on my behalf if this email, like others I have sent, is ignored or I have not received my prize.
I look forward to a swift conclusion to this matter.
Sorry if I have rambled on a bit
Love

The letter sounds great and don't be scared of contacting the IPM as they're ace. I had a prize missing from June and voila, within two days of contacting the IPM, guess what was delivered?0

What a shame that such an exciting time has turned into such stress for you. I hope the email (which I think is fab by the way) does the job and fingers crossed that you recieve your prize by return.

Think your letter is great, polite and to the point. Don't think you need to apologise at the end tho
Hope it gets sorted soon.

:rotfl:Haha Fin, That might work so long as they don't look at his fb pictures of him in his bunny ears. Then they would know I have a wuss dog :rotfl: who would lick them to death for a piece of turkey:rotfl:
Anyway, thanks to everyone for their input. I have sent the email
off and received a reply - "Out of office until Wednesday" so I will wait and see what happens towards the end of the week.
