hi am am with a housing assosiation i signed a contract with one then thay merged with a company now the company has took over i have signed nothing with the new company
and i got a letter telling me thay have taken over the contract
where do i stand on this as i dont realy trust the new company thay say my contract will stay the same but i wont sign anything from them

If you don't want to deal with the new company then your only option is to move out at the earliest contractual opportunity.0
