M & S Customer Services....praise

It must be pretty rare to have an even more favourable impression of a company after a problem than before! The grabbit board has had some great M & S codes recently so I managed to get some extra Christmas presents online this past week. Delivery was very quick but when the order arrived, two of the items were badly damaged. I sent CS an email asking if I could have replacements rather than a refund and within an hour they had phoned me (I had already gone to work though as I wasn't expecting them to call) sent an email too when they couldn't speak to me and promised to send out replacements asap. That was Saturday afternoon and the replacements have already been dispatched. Very courteous and friendly, minimum fuss, and resolved the problem very quickly. :)
