Ah well, I finally got my answer from Pigsback.
Apparently I gave an invalid phone number so they won't pay me, but I'm ex-directory and only give it out if it is relevant and I didn't think they'd need a phone number to send a brochure. :doh:

My mistake so bye-bye points. It was worth a try.

I too had problems with getting these points but after sending them the screenprints and confirmation emails they finally coughed up but it took weeks :eek:
