All you can do is gawp in admiration at Piggies refusal to learn from mistakes - once again awarding points in error then meanly snatching them back without explanation.

OH dear, piggy spotted the double allocation of points and has taken back 6000 points. :mad:
Shame they didnt spot it before I received 2 Amazon voucher codes.
My balance is now -2,627 piggypoints BUT they still owe me for 3 of the offers. They can either pay them or give me a win.
If I dont use the account for 6 months will they zero my account

Before they did any adjusting with the brochure points, I had nearly 6000 points.
They added about 13000 points and I ordered 3 x Amazon vouchers (18000), leaving me with 167 points.
I have now had ALL 3 Amazon vouchers cancelled, they have refunded me only 6000 points and my balance? MINUS 333 points, not the original value I had!

I would certainly chase them up over their adjustments.
I am going to wait until mid Jan and then chase up the missing 3000 points that they owe me which will then give me a positive balance again. If they dont cough up then I will give up with them but until then I will continue doing CTs etc0 -
My account is 2000 points lighter today....im not a happy bunny.
At least they have not deleted my Amazon voucher I ordered last week.
