Before they did any adjusting with the brochure points, I had nearly 6000 points.

They added about 13000 points and I ordered 3 x Amazon vouchers (18000), leaving me with 167 points.

I have now had ALL 3 Amazon vouchers cancelled, they have refunded me only 6000 points and my balance? MINUS 333 points, not the original value I had!

It's my own fault. I stopped using the site a while back, but decided to give thema second chance. Silly me.

I would certainly chase them up over their adjustments.

I am going to wait until mid Jan and then chase up the missing 3000 points that they owe me which will then give me a positive balance again. If they dont cough up then I will give up with them but until then I will continue doing CTs etc
