From the wording cut and pasted from the Shelter site is seems obvious to me that the pressure needs to come from the tenant rather than the landlord as the LHA is paid direct to the tenant.0

yes, its the tenants claim and therefore their request, but they need to put some welly into it as it causes untold disruption to the pay run people to have to do a manual payment or payment on account. but thats their problem not the claimants0
