Bills with 18866

We joined 18866 at the beginning of January and have received our first bill - a whopping £2.90. Anyway, my in-laws have been with them for a few months and haven't received a bill yet and neither have a friend of theirs who recommended it to them. Why is this and what can they do? They are in their 70's and are frightened that they are going to be cut off from this service.

Thanks

Alison

  • In my limited experience, you don't get billed for less than about £2.00 They can always check their bill online of course. Rgds, JohnF

  • I joined 18866 in June 2004 and received my first bill (£3.82) after less than a month. However, that appears to have been just so that they could set up the 27th of the month as my invoice date.

Since then, my bills have been bi-monthly on 27th (apparently regardless of amount - my bills have been £7.85, £4.31 and £3.73).

I have not received a bill since 27/12/04 - so expect one next week.

    Tell them not to worry.

I am a low user and have been with 18866 for nearly a year now with no problems at all. My last bill was for three whole months and was just over £5.:)

So tell your parents not to worry.
