Go and see your GP he/she can get you some help if you need it. You may be depressed, you may have reason to be.

You can email the samaritans. Link is at the top of their home page.
Parentline Plus
You could also talk to your Health Visitor, if you find her more approachable than your GP. Even if you don't see her regularly any more, they're usually a mine of useful information.

You could always try us lot, we are a kind bunch and I am sure you could get some unbiased help with whatever it is. It doesn't always have to be about money saving on here.
