How to increase pressure in Boiler? - no hot shower!!

Hello, we have a Myson Midas B combi boiler. The temperatue gauage is just below 1 and the pressue gauge is JUST above one - on reading the manual this shouldnt be an issue.
but thism morning our electric shower showed the Low Pressue warning light and would not heat the water. Having had the heating off now for a hlaf hour it is now heating the water, but we never had this problem before: ie: we could use the shower and central heating at the same time.
No where in the manual does it say how to increase the pressue at the boiler! Can anyone possibly help please?
Thank you.

Your electric shower is supplied off the rising main and the water is electrically heated in the shower unit-nothing to do with your combi boiler or it's pressure. So it should still work even if the boiler is switched off. And of course you can run the CH and the shower simultaneously (what you can't do with a combi is run the DHW and CH together-the DHW is prioritised).
What's probably happened is that local water pressure is low, possibly due to supply diffficulties caused by the cold weather (much of SE London was cut off early Sunday morning)?
Check with your neighbours and if necessary report it to the water authority.
If they're OK, it could be that your own supply pipe is partially frozen and so reducing the flow.No free lunch, and no free laptop
