I think it's Prunes wrapped in streaky bacon, prunes will be stoned and may be stuffed:eek: , don't know how much detail is needed in the answer.

From here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Devils_on_horseback Devils on horseback are a hot appetizer or savoury. Most recipes contain a pitted prune (though dates are sometimes used) stuffed with mango chutney and wrapped in bacon.

I think maybe just a hot appetizer or savoury is the answer but you may wish to add the rest to be on the safe side
