Question about NHS Sight vouchers.

Just need some info please 
I have an HC3 certificate which means I must pay £53.10 towards a voucher (according to last eye exam prescription this is code A).
I have a Prism in each lens of 1/2. I know there are supplementary vouchers for this, do you qualify automatically for those as it's counted as a medical need, do you qualify another way or do I pay for that too, I can't seem to find the answer.
