2004 Nissan Almera questions:

1, Where does it tell me the temperature outside from within the car? Can't see it on the dashboard or radio LED?

2. There is a button on the inside of the drivers door and I don't know what it does. It's like a window shape with a cross through it?

3. Anyone know where I can get a drivers handbook to explain these things (2004 Almera) that isn't gonna set me back about £25?!

If yours has climate control then you will see the outside temperature on the LCD display, if not its probably on the combimeter somewhere.

It disables the electric window controls on the passenger doors.

Be warned, the heating controls are less than intuitive! Press 5 to disable; if this doesn't work then look at the arrow signs on the display - subtle if your eyes are on the road.

Other than that it's a good vehicle.

Cheers for the advice Penrhyn and Vfm4meplse. Still can't find the temperature guage mind you - maybe it hasn't got one? Also does anyone know what the tyre pressures front and back should be please?

There is usually a sticker inside the door shut on the drivers door giving this information.

You may find a handbook on eBay.

If I recall its 32 psi all round, however as inactive says there is a sticker on the inside of the drivers door opening under the latch.

The lower grade models may not have had an external temperature gauge.
If take it yours is not one with climate control.
