Im confused!!!...kids after ipod touches..they know they not getting the latest models.
8gb will be enough..mainly want them for apps..(cant get them off my i phone angry birds..)
What generation/model should i be looking at...planning on going to CEX as got loads to trade in.
Also...can they use my i tunes account so if i buy stuff they can get it on theirs..and also have the same password so they cant just download when they feel like it?
TIA
 Am thinking of a new one:beer:

  • I think you can just sync them to your account

yes using them all on one apple ID works 100%, even between different computers (up to 5 as that is the maximum you can activate), but it is easiest if it is all on one itunes library, it will even remember which apps are on each ipod.

as for which ipod touch to get the first gen works aOK with angry birds, but I would say try to get the latest model you can, simply because it will be supported longer and therefore won't need to be replaced for a newer model for a longer time.

also if they are each wanting different music on from one computer and one itunes use the playlist function and have a personal playlist for each of you (makes it way easier than making complex multiple itunes libraries)

yes it just syncs to all of them from the computer (and if one doesnt want it you just untick that app from the device , if you buy an app on the actual device (any of them) next time that one syncs to the computer the app will be put onto the computer (if not you right click on the device and select 'transfer purchases')

it does sound a lot more complex than it really is
