Question

Just a quick question. Ive just passed the ESA medical my next 1 is on 15/2/2011. I am being put on a waiting list to have an epidural for pain relief. No1 can guarantee how long, if at all the injection will last. My question is if the injection works and I go back to work, if it wears off within maybe a few weeks and i have to go sick from work again do I have to go back to Dr's and go on SSP again or what will happen?

If you leave ESA and become sick again within 12 weeks, you'll need to reclaim ESA again. If over 12 weeks, you'll claim SSP from your employer.
