Tesco Classic Cheese Selection 490G/Blue stilton/Brie - half price from Mon 29/11/10

Finally managed to pick up the stilton yesterday as my local hadnt any on my last two visits.

sinw

Pan =
saute onions
chicken/vedg stock
par boiled diced tatties
leaks
season
add sweet/ish cider
stilton
at end add cream

Stilton, Leak & Cider Soup = any turkey left add that too or put it all in a pie xx

add milk if u dont fancy cream
and
u can mash the spuds n leaks up in the soup if u prefer
