Hi mate,
Still in the process of bartering with them.
We offered that ridiculous 1st offer, and they declined.
Then we viewed again and offered 10k less that asking price [it needs over 10k work on it - central heating, double glazing etc etc] the owner declined again.....so we said we wouldnt do anything else.
Since then we have had the estate agents on daily to ask us do we want to offer, or consider a new offer.
We'll see what happens, may throw in a final offer this weekend......if declined then we move on.Debt LIGHTBULB Moment - Sept 2009 - *** DEBT FREE SEPT 2020
