Caribbean Travel Insurance for Volcano,Snow & Strikes!

Hello,
My last holiday in June got cancelled because of the Volcanic Ash.
My holiday in September nearly got cancelled because of strikes.
My holiday to the Caribbean in January may get cancelled because of the snow we are getting.
SO! I want to be extra cautious and get travel insurance for all aforementioned eventualities.
Can anyone advise a company to go with?
