Outgoing connections to electrical panel

Hi, I just bought a house with Garage. There is a ‘Contactum’ electrical panel in Garage and incoming live wire. But not outgoing wire and hence no power supply. I have checked the MCBs with tester and its live.
I would like to connect outgoing power supply wires. There is an extension cord with wire cut-off. How can I connect this to the panel please?
Where does the positive go and where does the neutral go? There is no earth wire from extension cord!

Many thanks for quick reply, so the positive go directly in MCB? (Brown wires in pictures) and neutrals go in neutrals, (Blue wires). What is protected neutrals please?0 -
RCD protected neutrals.
follow the thick blue wires and youll see the route they take. via the RCD.
the thin brown wires are the live feeds to each circuit.Get some gorm.0 -
I think it would be most wise if you were to get an electrician in to sort out what you want doing.HomeBuy3780 wrote: »What is protected neutrals please?
