To win the December 1st contest prize, read the snippet for Lady Lavender (linked below); and answer this question: What is the name of the hero's horse?
Answer: General
Post your email answer to carolynw at cruzio dot com. At the end of the day, I will collect all of the correct answers I receive, and draw a name at random. The person whose name is drawn will win the prize: Two autographed books and a box of chocolates.
(As they haven't provided a direct email link, probably to avoid spam, I haven't put one either, don't want to annoy the people generously giving away prizes!!!)

Okay, it's easy. If you've been checking out the site you might have noticed that we have a new "baby" here. Pretty darned big baby, but he's still a baby! His name is Ben and you'll find a photo of him on the News Page and also on the Photos Page. But that's not all, one of Ben's relatives appears in one of my books! You'll find another photo of him on the page for that book. Once you've found that page, email me to tell me what breed he is and who owned his female counterpart in the book, and what her name is. I'll be giving away a signed copy of Lord Braybrook's Penniless Bride to a randomly chosen entrant and you'll go in the draw for the Grand Prize of a Kindle on the 23rd. Good luck and happy hunting!0 -
ou have to find a picture of the dog on a page in her "books" section, it's here: http://www.elizabethrolls.com/Lord%20Braybrook.html
and email her: (Click the email button on top right of page) with the answers:
Breed of dog: Gordon Setter
Who owned his female counterpart: Julian Trentham (Lord Braybrook)
Name of female dog: Juno
Sorry for not bumping this thread with answers, I haven't been entering this one.

My portion of the contest starts on December 7th. Read the excerpt from Notorious Eliza on my Historical Books page, find the answer to the question posed at the end of the excerpt, and send it to me for a chance at a $20 Amazon.com or Barnes & Noble gift certificate, and to be entered in the drawing for the grand prize of a Kindle-3G.
Now here's the question for the Harlequin Historical Giveaway:
What does Eliza do for a living?
To enter the contest, go to the Contact page and send me a message with your email address and the answer. Thanks for entering, and good luck!
