British Gas Online TOP UP Problem

Hi all,
Anyone that uses the British Gas online topup for Gas and Card PrePayment meters been having any issues for the last week trying to topup at home.
Tried today for both card and key and keep getting an error.

Hi Chris,
Have you checked for Active X, mine was removed which caused the dongle thingies to stop working.
