toolbars in ff

hiya,
im not sure what my mum has done to her computer but when she opens firefox there is no toolbars up the top of the page. normally there is one with the back button and the address bar & one with file/edit/view ect.
anyone know how i can set these back on please

Try pressing ALT and V then click toolbars, and select what you want displayed.0
