Mercedes 200clk kompressor

Does anyone have any experience of faults with these cars?

This particular one is 2002 with 90k on clock recently been a pain to start turned out cam magnet was leaking oil in to loom that travelled up to ecu and down to o2 sensor.
It has had a new magnet,modified short harness,new o2 sensor,new MAF and main harness and ecu cleaned.
Also had new breather pipes and PCV.
It will start up ok now but from initial start when cold it will cough and splutter for about 20 seconds especially if revved up after that it seems to run fine,no fault codes etc.

Any ideas on what could cause this?
