Just logged onto Facebook to find all my Friends have been sent spurious messages supposedly from me with connections like these http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Ftiny.cc%2F1042p&h=76ed7
http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Ftiny.cc%2Fb75jr&h=76ed7
Unfortunately I had received one from what I thought was a genuine Facebook Friend asking me to look at this connection on youtube, when I clicked on it I had to fill in online Survey form before seeing the video - which was a waste of effort (I answered no to all the questions & put in spurious personal details - so dont think I have compromised my personal security). Stupid I know!! Just wasnt thinking properly!!
Have reported it to Facebook & warned all my Facebook Friends am running full Malwarebytes & Avira AntiVir at the moment, so far no infections etc. Have changed my password on Facebook to something more complicated (hope I can remember it).
Is that all I need to do or can anyone suggest anything else?
Can this web site access my personal laptop info?

Just checked & altered my facebook setting not to share info with application settings & also restricted who can view/use my friends list.
Wonder how many people dont realise just how much persoanl info on their Facebook Accounts is open to the so called 'General Public'?0 -
