I get ny bills online so I read the meters myself and submitted the readings online within a few days of the bill date. Then I get a message thanking me but saying only that this will be taken into account for future bills, I won't actually get a revised bill. As i have used more than they estimated and their charges are going up I want to be billed for the higher amount and think my reading the meters was a waste of time otherwise.
I have emailed them saying i want a revised bill and am awaiting a reply. Has anyone else experienced this and, if so, did you get a revised bill?

Have you considered using enerysmart you submit your readings monthly and get billed at start of bill but they take the agreed amount for direct debt regardless of bill unless its really high and on 13th month you get £30 off your bill per fuel0

I've had an email back and they have recalculated the bills which has solved the immediate problem.
I've had a look at Energysmart but can't sign up at the moment as there is a problem with the website. I'm also not sure if I can have it with my tariff (Websaver 6).3 stone down, 3 more to go0
