    Go to Lidl instead ;)

On the ticket, just ignore completely its not enforceable they will not take you to court, expect some junk mail from bogus debt collectors, they should be ignored also!

Finally its not a fine, just a speculative invoice.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

ONE WORD . IGNORE , make a lovely evening jacket with the invoices they send you , or line your hamster / guiney pig / ferret cage with the letters . :D

Same advice from me, like you I got issued with a invoice from PE and I came here and to other forums for advice, and the advice is you have to either dispute or pay a council or police PENALTY CHARGE NOTICE but a private ticket that is called a PARKING CHARGE NOTICE can just be filled away nicely and forgotten about and safely ignored, and then just add the following letters into the same drawer and ignore.

My alleged offence was over four months ago back in July, and I have only had and filed and IGNORED 3 basic letters from PE but nothing for the last three months now.... Relax and join the ignore club...

Well the total damages the landowner can claim for you trespassing on their property is zero. Free car-park (I assume) and outside shop opening hours. Just make a lovely paper-plane.
  • Scamming Eye are no fun, they don't call, they don't write and they promised me a fun day in court. Its sooo unfair!!!!! All I want for Christmas is for Scamming Eye to take me to court!
Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!

A few escalating threatOgrams, and they should go away. No consequential loss for free parking so they would be unwise to test it in court.
