it's £300 each a month, £75 a week, pretty standard price for a popular student area, though I agree that students usually just go where they think is best and don't look at all the places where they could live.

EDIT: that was actually covered in the other forum not this one before this new one was made so your mistake is justified.

Is this what you'd do if you were the LL? It seems that you are the rogue in this case, not the LL. In the future i'm sure you'll carry on with the same attitude in life. I hope I never have to have any dealings with you.
