McDonald's tea stickers/vouchers?

I saw someone was selling the McDonald's hot drinks stickers on ebay. Not the card with 6 stickers which have been collected by the seller to sell on. This item was the actual stickers. They're on sheets, so I'm guessing the seller works for the company who makes the stickers for McDonalds. Is this legal? The seller has more listings of these sticker sheets and has sold many. All his/her buyers seem very happy with their purchase.

Are the stickers usually given out individually?

If so they are probably doing something naughty.

Plus if they have acquired these purely to sell on and haven't legitimately collected them, they should really be registered as a business.

McDonalds might be interested to know.

No, the expiry date is 31/12/11.

The stickers come on the side of the cups of hot drinks. There's a card from the cup wher you collect 6 stickers which entitles you to a free cup. Peel off the sticker to the card. The stickers the seller has are on sheets.

They are probably fakes, i bought some with stickers already on cards , and the cards were 100% fake so i presume the stickers were, so i transferred them onto original cards.

Not had a problem using them as the stickers look identical to originals , its was just the cards that gave it away
  • I got somefrom ebay and thought they looked a bit odd, but every mcdonalds that I have went to has taken them. Theyre great for when your shopping and freezing :D xx
